These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Finance CV Audit, the AI-powered finance CV audit service available at finance-cv-audit.com(the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse the CV you upload and produce feedback scored against general finance-recruiting standards. It provides a free score preview and an optional paid report containing a detailed breakdown, suggested rewrites, keyword gaps, an action plan, and a benchmark.

2. Not professional advice; no guarantee of results

The Service provides automated, informational feedback only. It is not career, recruitment, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome. Benchmarks reference well-known firms for illustrative comparison only and do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those firms.

3. AI limitations

Because the feedback is generated by AI, it may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You should use your own judgement and not rely on the output as the sole basis for any decision about your CV or applications.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You may upload only a CV that you have the right to submit.
• You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

5. Pricing and payment

The score preview is free. The full report is a one-time purchase of £19, processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change, but any change will not affect a purchase already completed.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on the paid report. If you are not satisfied, email reports@finance-cv-audit.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your CV and its contents. You grant us a limited licence to process your CV solely to provide the Service to you. The Service itself — including its software, scoring methodology, content, and branding — remains our property and may not be copied or resold.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the feedback. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is permitted to be limited, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
